This medium roast coffee in grown in Colombia by farmer Jairo Arcila at Santa Monica farm. This Pink Bourbon varietal bean is fermented though an anaerobic honey process with wine yeast and lychee. After roasting, this coffee has tasting notes of lychee, fruit loops, and chocolate.
