Ingredients: Taiwanese oolong tea
Pouchong is known for being an oolong, but in many eastern parts of the world, it’s often viewed as a green tea. This is due to the fact that little to no oxidation is encouraged in these leaves, creating a very green look and cup of tea. However, the flavor profile is unlike green tea, as it carries buttery and light floral notes. Oolongs are known for being able to resteep well.
